Aqua Service

Aqua Service is over in Ghatkopar West. You can find us at H O Manivilas Garden 41431. It is a nice enough spot, a bit away from the main road so it is not as noisy as some other places in Ghatkopar. We mostly do service work for water systems. The office is basically a ground floor space where we keep our spare parts and the service van is usually parked right outside. We have a small desk where someone sits to take the service calls. It is a very local operation. We know most of the families in the nearby societies because we have been fixing their filters for years. The garden nearby makes the area feel a bit more open, which is nice when you need a break from the work. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big sales team. It is just a few technicians and a person to handle the books. We spend most of our day out on calls, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We try to get to every call as fast as we can, but traffic in Mumbai is what it is. If you call us, you are likely talking to the owner or one of the main guys who does the work. We just keep it simple and try to do a good job so people keep calling us back whenever they have a leak or a problem.
