You can find us at Crawford Market on Mohammed Ali Road, specifically at number 41. If you know this area, you know how packed it gets. There is a constant stream of people walking past the shop from morning until late at night. The noise of the horns and the shouting from the market stalls is part of our daily life here. Our shop is small, packed floor to ceiling with mobile cases, chargers, and screen protectors. It feels a bit tight when more than three people come in at once. We spend most of our time sticking plastic films onto phone screens or trying to find a specific battery for an older model. Everything is a bit disorganized behind the counter, but we know where everything is kept. The humidity in this part of town can be tough, but the shop stays relatively okay with the door open. We see people from all over the city coming through Crawford Market. They stop in because they need a quick fix or a cheap cable. It’s a fast-paced environment and we don't really have time for long breaks. We just keep serving whoever stands at the front of the desk. The shelves are a mix of different brands and no-name accessories that come and go. It is just a typical mobile shop in one of the busiest streets in Mumbai, always moving with the crowd.
