Anjali Placements

Anjali Placements is our little office located in the Nityanand Market area, right across from Goodearth Society. We are in the Shantiniketan building, shops 129 and 130. It’s a busy little market with lots of people coming and going for their daily errands. We spend our days meeting people who are looking for jobs and companies that need staff. It’s a simple process, really. We talk to people, see what they are good at, and try to find a match. Our office has a couple of chairs for waiting and a few desks for the staff. It’s usually quiet until someone walks in with a resume. We don't use any fancy software or high-tech systems. We mostly rely on our own notes and the relationships we've built over the years with local businesses. Sometimes we find a great fit quickly, and other times it takes a few tries. That's just the nature of recruitment. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us after they finish their shopping or work. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we've become part of the local scenery. We don't make big promises or use marketing talk. We just try to help folks find a way to earn a living. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like helping the locals.
