Anil Sharma Furniture

Our shop, Anil Sharma Furniture, is located over at 41506 on Rest House Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a place where there is always the smell of wood and sawdust in the air. We spend our days making and fixing things, so there are usually tools scattered across the benches and half-finished pieces tucked into the corners. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect and polished; it’s a workshop where real work happens. Sometimes the noise from the saws is a bit much, but that’s how furniture gets made. We’ve been on Rest House Road for a good while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People stop by to ask about a chair or a table, and we just tell them what we can do. We don’t use any big fancy machines, mostly just our hands and some basic tools. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. The floors are rarely swept clean because as soon as we finish one thing, we start another. It’s just a simple life of working with wood and trying to make stuff that actually lasts. We don't have a big marketing plan, we just rely on people seeing what we build and coming back if they like it. If you walk past the shop, you'll probably see us bent over a workbench or moving planks around. It's just the daily routine for us here.
