Angel & Hema Telecom

Angel & Hema Telecom is our little shop on Dhole Patil Road in Vikhroli East. We named it after ourselves because we wanted it to be a personal kind of place. We’ve been working together for quite some time now, and we’ve seen a lot of different phones and gadgets come and go. Our shop is pretty small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s usually just the two of us here, along with maybe one helper if it’s a busy Saturday. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it ourselves. Vikhroli East is a nice area with a lot of families, so we get a lot of parents and kids coming in. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We aren't the type to push people into buying things they don't need. Usually, we're just sitting behind the counter, fixing a screen or helping someone understand their new device. We don't have a big grand opening or anything like that anymore; we’re just part of the daily scenery on Dhole Patil Road. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy enough. We value the trust our neighbors have in us, and we just try to do right by them every day. The tea man comes by twice a day, and those are usually the moments we take a break and look out at the street.
