Our place is over in A-206 at the Universal Business Park. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the thick of things, especially with S. V. Road so close. Lock Lock India Trading Pvt. Ltd. handles a lot of different products, mostly things people use in their homes or for storage. The office is usually filled with samples and boxes that need to be sent out. It’s a lot of inventory management and making sure the orders are right. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just come in, check what’s arrived, and see where it needs to go. The business park is always crowded, and finding a parking spot is a nightmare every morning. Inside our unit, it's fairly organized, though. We’ve got shelves lining the walls and a couple of desks near the window. Trading is a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the phones are always ringing. We deal with suppliers and local shops mostly. It’s a practical business. We’ve been at this Andheri location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the road. The staff here is small, just a few people who have been together for years. We know the routine and we stick to it. It’s about getting the goods moved and keeping the books straight. No big mystery to it, really.
