We operate out of 9/A on Dr S S Rao Road. It’s a busy area and the office is usually full of boxes or papers. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking lists. Being an agency means there’s always something coming in or going out. It can get a bit cramped in here when a big shipment arrives. We don’t have much of a reception area or anything like that. Just desks and some storage space. The street outside is usually noisy with people moving about. We try to stay organized, though it doesn’t always look that way to someone walking in from the outside. We handle various goods and make sure they get to where they need to go. It’s steady work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We know the neighbors around here pretty well. It’s a decent spot for what we do. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy. Just keeping the business going and making sure the orders are right. Usually, we are here until late evening getting everything filed away. It’s just the way it goes in this part of town. We’ve got a system that works for us, even if it looks a bit messy to others. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get through the daily tasks.
