You can find us over in Vikhroli West at Park Side 44. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but it’s a good neighborhood to be in. Our shop is usually filled with the sound of the radio and the hum of the equipment we’re working on. We have a lot of stuff packed into this small space, from spare parts to old units we use for scraps. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is kept. Most of our days are spent at the workbench under a bright lamp. We don't have any sales staff in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, doing what needs to be done. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a tool or just to chat for a few minutes. We like that about being here. The view of the hills from the end of the street is nice when the weather is clear. We’ve been at Park Side for several years now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area. The walls are covered in calendars and old notes we’ve scribbled over the years. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't try to impress anyone with how the shop looks. We just focus on getting the work finished so we can head home at the end of the day. It’s a quiet life but we keep busy enough here. We usually close up when the streetlights come on.
