We are over in Cumballa Hill, specifically in the Shyam Niwas building. Our unit is 5-B63, and it is a typical office space for an import and export business. Being on Bhulabhai Desai Road means there is always a lot happening nearby. We deal with various goods coming in and going out, mostly focusing on the logistics side of things. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for our desks and the stacks of files we have to keep. Most of our work is done through emails and phone calls. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and making sure the customs papers are in order. It can be quite a bit of a headache when a boat is delayed or there is a problem at the port. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People who come here are usually our regular business associates or delivery couriers. The area is nice, though parking can be a real nightmare if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been here for a good while, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It's just a regular office routine, starting in the morning and going through the pile of work until it's time to head home. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the work done every day. It's not a glamorous job but it is ours and we stay busy with it.
