If you find yourself on Gokhale Road near Sardar Chawk, you’ll likely see the Sai Chambers building where we are located at number 510. It’s a tall enough building and we’ve been tucked away in this office for quite some time now. This place is run by Amarjit Kaur, and we mostly handle daily paperwork and consultations for the folks who live and work around this part of the city. It’s a pretty lively area, especially around the Chawk where everything seems to happen at once. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. We spend most of our time talking to people who drop in, sometimes with an appointment and sometimes just because they were passing by. It’s nice being in a spot that’s so central. You get to see all kinds of people. We try to keep things simple and not use too much of that confusing talk you hear in other offices. Life is already complicated enough without adding more to it. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We just focus on doing our work honestly and helping out whoever walks through the door at Sai Chambers. It’s a steady life for everyone here.
