You can find us at Praneel Appartment, which is A 503 on Chincholi Bunder Road. It’s right in Devidas Lane. If you are familiar with the area, we are directly opposite the Eskay Resort. That’s usually the easiest way to tell people how to get here. Alok Mahesh Dalmia is the name on the records. The area is quite nice, especially with the resort right there, it makes the whole lane feel a bit more open. It’s a fifth-floor office, so it stays relatively quiet away from the street noise. The building is called Praneel Appartment. It’s an older style building but it’s kept up well enough. We don’t have any fancy lobby or receptionists waiting for people. It is just a workspace where things happen. Sometimes the wind from the coast comes through the windows and it’s actually quite pleasant. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a practical place for Alok to handle his business. The walk from the main road isn’t too bad if you don't mind a little bit of a stroll. We keep things pretty low-key. No big posters or marketing stuff on the walls. It’s just an office in a quiet lane in a busy part of town. That is pretty much all there is to it. We just show up and do what needs doing.
