Alka Arts

Our shop is at Shop No. 15 in the Jai Bahwani Compound. It’s right on L.B.S Road in Ghatkopar West. If you see the Trishul Bar, you’re pretty close. Alka Arts is a busy little place. There is always stuff piled up—paper, paint, frames, you name it. It’s not the easiest place to find if you don't know the compound, but we like it here. It’s a real working neighborhood. We aren't some big advertising agency with fancy suits. Most of the time we’re in old clothes because things get messy. We do a lot of manual work and our fingers are usually stained with something. The traffic on Daya Sagar Road is always loud, and you can hear the horns all day. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Sometimes a customer comes in with a weird idea and we have to figure out if it's even possible. We don't promise things we can't do. If it's going to take a week, we say it'll take a week. We’ve been in Ghatkopar for a long time now. The shop is small and a bit cramped, but it has everything we need. We don't have a website with big claims. We just have our shop and the work we do every day for people who stop by. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the jobs as they come through the door.
