Aliraza Suterwala

Aliraza Suterwala is based in Mazgaon. You can find us in the New Adamkhan Building. Our address is 41277. It is an older building that has a lot of character and history. You can actually smell the salt from the docks in the air on some days. The stairs inside are quite narrow and a little steep if you aren't used to them. We’ve been based here for a good long while now. Mazgaon is a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of Mumbai, which is something we really appreciate. The room where we do our work has these high ceilings. It stays surprisingly cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We have some old metal filing cabinets that make a loud squeak every time you open a drawer. We’ve been meaning to oil them for years, but we never seem to get around to it. Most of our working day is spent sitting at the desks. We don't bother with a big sign outside the building. People who are looking for us usually know how to find the New Adamkhan Building. There is a real sense of community around this block. Even the postman knows us by name. We get our lunch from the small canteen downstairs most days of the week. They make a really good dal that we never get tired of. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our job.
