Alan Electronic Systems

We are located at Nx-234, Garib Nagar, right near the old pipeline and the I. I. T. Market in Powai, Mumbai. It is a busy part of Maharashtra, and there is always something going on outside our door. Alan Electronic Systems is a small operation. We have shelves stacked high with various boxes and old equipment that we might need one day. The space is narrow, so we have to move carefully so we don't knock anything over. Dealing with electronics in a place like this means we see a lot of dust, so we are always wiping things down with old rags. The noise from the market and the traffic near the pipeline is constant, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people find us because someone else told them we were here. We spend our days testing connections and fixing power supplies. It is repetitive work, but it suits us. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to pause what we are doing, which is just how it goes in this neighborhood. We have a small stool for visitors, but most people just stand while we talk about whatever they need fixed. It is a plain, functional shop that does the job without any extra fuss or ceremony. We just keep our heads down and work.
