Our shop is located in Jogeshwari West 14, tucked into a spot where there’s always a lot of activity. It’s a small place, mostly just shelves full of phone boxes, chargers, and plastic cases. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a good while, seeing different shops come and go while we stayed put. People usually stop in for quick things. Maybe their phone isn't charging right or they need a new SIM card. It is usually just one or two of us behind the counter. The space is definitely a bit tight, especially when we get a shipment of new accessories in. We keep a few second-hand phones for sale if someone has traded one in recently. We don’t really have a big, fancy sign or anything. Most of our customers are people who live right around the corner. They come by after they are done with work. Sometimes the tea guy from next door stops by and we have a quick chat. Jogeshwari is a noisy place with a lot of people, and our shop is right in the middle of it. We handle recharges and basic repairs like cleaning out a dusty charging port. It is simple, steady work. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise. It does the job though. If a repair looks like it will take a few hours, we just tell people to come back the next day. We don’t like overpromising things. It’s just how we run things here.
