Al Madina

Al Madina is right near the Kurla Railway Station. You can find us at 4 Dugadh Bhavan. It’s a handy spot if you’re commuting because the station is just a short walk away. The building is a bit older, so you have to look for the sign carefully. We’ve been in Kurla for some time. The area is always crowded, so there’s a lot of energy outside our door. Sometimes the train whistles are so loud we have to stop talking for a second. We just get on with the day. Inside, things are pretty simple. We don’t have any big displays or bright lights. It’s just us working at the desks and moving boxes around when needed. If you come by in the morning, you’ll see us setting things up. It’s a bit of a routine. We know the tea stall guy next door quite well. Most people who stop by are just passing through the station area. We aren't trying to be anything big. It’s just a local business trying to do things right in a busy part of town. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We just focus on the work at hand. That’s pretty much the story of Al Madina. We’re just here every day, doing what we do near the tracks. It’s a practical way to spend the time and earn a living without any unnecessary fuss or bother.
