Al Faiz Telecom

We are over in Kurla West at Sahyog Nagar. The shop is on Talwade Road 49 A. It is a crowded street, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We do a lot of phone stuff here. Mostly we fix screens that people have dropped or we sell them a new charger when theirs stops working. It’s a small space, so things are stacked up pretty high. We have a lot of different phone cases hanging on the walls. Some are bright colors and some are just plain. It gets quite warm in here during the summer months. We have a small fan that rattles a bit, but it helps keep the air moving. People come in and out all day asking for recharge cards or just to get their battery checked. We aren't doing anything fancy. It’s just a regular local shop. We know most of the people in the neighborhood by name. That’s the nice thing about being in Kurla. We don’t even have a website or any of that. If you need something, you just come by and talk to us. We try to get things fixed as fast as we can because everyone is lost without their phone. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if a job is tricky. We just like to get the work done. The street noise outside is constant but we don’t really notice it anymore after all these years.
