Akshay Plastic

Akshay Plastic is a small spot located in Kandivali West G/3 ROYAL HOUSE, MATHURDAS ROAD. It is a busy street, and we are right there in the mix of it. Our shop is pretty packed with all kinds of plastic items, from small tiffin boxes to larger crates used for storage. When you walk in, you have to be careful not to knock anything over because we try to fit as much as possible on the shelves. Mathurdas Road always has people moving around, and we spend a lot of our time standing near the door chatting with customers or watching the traffic go by. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come in. The floor is concrete and we have a simple counter where we count out change. Sometimes we get a bit tired from moving the heavier items around, especially when it is humid outside, but that is part of the job. We have lived and worked in this part of Kandivali for a long time, so we know the local vibe pretty well. It is a plain shop for plain needs. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. If you need a bucket or a set of containers, we probably have it somewhere in one of these stacks. It's just us here every day.
