Ajit T Dalal

Ajit T Dalal is based in the Mega Center on Narsing Lane, at number 100. Narsing Lane is one of those streets that always feels a bit tucked away, even though it’s right in the middle of everything. The Mega Center itself is a big building with a lot of different offices, so it can take a minute to find the right door if you’re visiting for the first time. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s the kind of place where work happens without much fuss. We aren't interested in looking corporate or polished. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit mismatched, but they’re comfortable enough for a long day. We mostly spend our time dealing with clients or going through documents. It’s quiet inside, which is a nice break from the noise of the traffic on Narsing Lane. We don't have a big staff, so when you come in, you’re usually talking directly to the person who is handling your stuff. There’s a small pantry where we make coffee, and the smell of it usually fills the room by mid-morning. It’s a simple, honest workspace where we just get on with things. No big mission statements, just a desk and a chair and plenty of work to keep us busy through the week. We try to leave by six if the work is done.
