If you go to Wadala Phase VIII, you’ll find Tanibai Niwas at 251/16. That’s where Ajay Talreja is based. It’s more of a local neighborhood vibe than a big business district. We like it that way because it feels more personal. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs where we handle our business. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit. You get to know the people living and working nearby. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is good for focusing. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of people who have been around since the start. There’s no dress code or anything stiff like that. We just show up in what’s comfortable and get to work. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through papers. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn’t help us do the job better. If you stop by, you might find us having a cup of chai and talking about the news. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything organized. It's a simple life and we are happy to just keep things moving along in Wadala like we always have.
