You can find us at 234, New Sonal Link Industrial Estate. We’re in Building 1 on the Link Road in Malad West. Malad is always crowded, especially near the Link Road, so getting here takes some patience during rush hour. Once you're inside Building 1, it gets a bit quieter. Aircon Engineering Services has been operating from this unit for quite some time now. The stairs are a bit steep, but we don’t mind the extra exercise. Most of our days are spent dealing with engineering parts and fixing things for people who come by. It’s a practical space. We have some old desks and a lot of tools scattered around the place. It’s not the kind of office with a lobby or a receptionist waiting for you. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone with grease on their hands. That’s just how we work here. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or shiny floors. We’d rather spend that on better equipment for the shop. The light in the afternoon hits the windows just right, though it can get a bit warm inside. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work to keep things lively. It’s a decent life here in Malad. We know most of the other shop owners in New Sonal Link, and we help each other out when someone needs a specific tool or an extra hand with a heavy load. It's a good community.
