Air India

We’re working for Air India out of an office at 201 Heritage Apts. It’s located on Mahtarpada Road, just off Ceaser Road in the Amboli area of Andheri West, Mumbai. Being in the 400058 part of town means it’s always busy outside. The office itself is in an apartment building, so it doesn't feel like those big glass towers you see in the movies. It’s more of a regular place where we sit down and handle whatever tasks the airline has for us that day. There’s usually a lot of paperwork involving flights and schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at our computers. Andheri West is a crowded spot, and sometimes the traffic on Ceaser Road makes getting here a bit of a project, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do any big promotions or anything from this specific spot. We just focus on our own corner of the operation. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have extra files or people visiting, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been at Heritage Apts for a while. It’s just a normal workspace for us where we try to stay organized and keep everything moving forward without making too much of a fuss. We just do our part and go home at the end of the day.
