We are in a building that houses a lot of different offices, so there is always people coming and going in the hallways. Our space is mostly filled with computers, tangled wires, and various pieces of telecom equipment that we are working on. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend our time fixing technical issues and helping people with their communication setups. Sometimes it is a simple fix like a loose cable and other times we have to spend hours figuring out why a system isn't working right. The air conditioning in the office is a bit loud but it keeps the machines cool which is the important part. We don't have a fancy reception area or people in suits. We are usually just in our regular clothes trying to solve whatever problem came in that morning. Bandra East is a good location because it is central, though the traffic near the station can be a nightmare during rush hour. We usually take a short break in the afternoon to get some tea from the canteen downstairs and talk about the news. Most of our customers are other businesses who just want their tech to work without any trouble. We do our best to help them out as quickly as possible and get on with the next job on our list.
