Our office is located at 3626/77-78 in the Bhola Ram Market, right near Chowk Mori Gate. It’s a very busy part of town, and the air is always thick with the smell of the market and, occasionally, the agarwood we deal with. Agarwoods Kerala Plantations Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are just a small group of people working out of this market space. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about the wood and the oil. It’s a slow business because the trees take so long to grow, so we’ve learned to be patient. Our office isn't very modern. It has old wooden desks and stacks of ledgers. We do a lot of our business through word of mouth. People know we are here in Mori Gate if they need something specific. Sometimes the market gets so crowded we can barely get the deliveries in, but that is just how it is living and working in this part of the city. We don't use fancy sales pitches. We just show people what we have, and if they like it, they buy it. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been at this for years, and we plan to stay right here in the middle of the bustle.
