We are located on Solapur Road in Kandivali West, specifically at 28/280. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’ve been here for quite some time. Our shop is full of all kinds of telecommunication gear, from old-school cables to the newer stuff everyone is using now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we have so much stock piled up. There’s usually a ladder leaning against the wall because we’re always reaching for something on the top shelves. We do a lot of service work, so you’ll often find us with a soldering iron or a screwdriver in hand. The front counter is where we spend most of our time talking to customers about their connection issues. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and our tools. Sometimes the shop gets dusty because of all the construction happening nearby on Solapur Road. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news. The floor is a bit worn out from all the foot traffic over the years. We open early because that’s when most people want to get their things fixed before they go to work. It’s a straightforward business. We fix what’s broken and sell what people need to stay connected. No fancy talk, just honest work in our little corner of Kandivali.
