We are based in Mahad, which is a bit of a different pace compared to the big cities. Adlabs Films Ltd has its spot here in Maharashtra 402301. It is a quiet enough place but we stay busy with the film work. Most of the people around here are locals who have lived in the area for generations. We do not have a flashy office or anything like that. It is more about having a solid place to operate from. The weather can be quite something during the monsoon season, everything turns very green. We spend our days managing the local requirements and making sure the films are handled properly. It is a lot of routine stuff like checking schedules and making sure the gear is maintained. You do not see many outsiders around here unless they are passing through. We like the pace of life in Mahad. It allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without the noise of Mumbai or Pune. Our setup is pretty basic with just the essentials. We have a few rooms where we store things and a small area for the desk work. It is an honest way to spend the day. We are just a small part of the bigger film world but we take our part seriously. Everyone knows each other in this neighborhood, which makes it feel safe and familiar. We just keep things moving along slowly but surely.
