We are situated in Borivali East, over at Shankar Sheth Estate. Our shop is No 10, and it’s right on the Pune Nager Hayva Kahswadi stretch. It’s a location that gets a lot of traffic passing by, which keeps things interesting. We do various service jobs here, mostly focusing on repairs and maintenance for people in the area. The estate is a bit old, but it has a lot of character and plenty of other small businesses like ours. We start the day early, usually sweeping out the front and checking the logbook for any messages left overnight. It’s a small team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do; we just fix things that are broken. Sometimes a job is harder than it looks at first, but we stay until it’s sorted out. Customers often come in frustrated because something isn't working, and we try to give them a straight answer about the cost and the time it will take. Borivali is a busy place, and being right here in the estate makes us easy to find. We keep a stash of spare parts in the back so we don't have to keep people waiting longer than necessary. It's a lot of grease and hard work. Most days we are just trying to get through the list of repairs on the bench. It's not a complicated setup, but it works for us and for the folks who live around Borivali East. It’s just what we do.
