We are based in Borivali West, specifically in the New Grain Market area at 3/A in the Jessica Building in the Nartak area. It’s an interesting spot because the market is always full of life and activity. Adinath Plastic Pvt Ltd operates out of a space that feels more like a workshop than a private limited office. We have rows of plastic products stacked high, and the smell of new material is quite strong. The Jessica Building is an older structure, so the rooms have high ceilings but the walls are a bit worn down. We spend a lot of time organizing the inventory and figuring out how to move goods through the crowded market streets. It can be a real pain to get a truck close to the building sometimes. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't have a formal dress code; everyone just wears what is comfortable for moving boxes. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed together in the corner. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep the business going. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We deal with the heat and the noise of the market every day. It’s a busy life here in Borivali West, but we are quite content with how things are. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the market starts to quiet.
