Actuate H R Solutions

Our office for Actuate H R Solutions is located in the Bonanza Industrial Estate over in Sector 28 A. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits us fine. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. The office itself is pretty basic—a few computers, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full, and a table for interviews. We’ve been in Sector 28 A for a while now, so we know most of the other businesses in the estate. Sometimes we step out for a bit of fresh air, though the air in an industrial estate isn't always that fresh. We handle a lot of phone calls. It’s interesting to hear different people's stories and what they are looking for in a career. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on all the admin work that piles up. We don't have any fancy posters on the wall or big slogans about how we work. We just focus on the task at hand and try to help people find where they fit. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. It’s just a steady, everyday kind of job in a part of town that’s built for work. We keep things simple and try to stay organized through all the paperwork we deal with.
