We are based in the Tiwari Industrial Estate on Ram Mandir Road. We use units 8 and 9 for our operations. If you spend time in Goregaon West, you’ve probably been through this area before. It’s a typical industrial estate where there are always trucks loading up and workers moving materials around. We work with acrylic and different types of plastics here. The workshop is usually quite loud because of the machines we use for cutting and shaping the sheets. We often have to shout a bit just to be heard over the noise. We’ve been in this same spot for many years now. It’s a good, solid location for this kind of work. Our team is small but they’ve been doing this for a long time and they know the materials well. We don't have a fancy office or a place to sit and have tea. Most of our space is used for the machines and for storing the large plastic sheets we use. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. People come to us when they need specific parts made or just some plastic cut to a certain size. We take the measurements, tell them the cost, and get started. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We don't have a sales team to go out and find work; people just find us here in the estate.
