Our workshop is tucked away at Marine Lines 2. It’s an older building, and our space is filled with the smell of cut plastic and various adhesives. We spend our days working with acrylic, making different shapes and items for whoever comes through the door. It’s a messy job, and there are usually colorful scraps all over the floor. We try to sweep up at the end of the day, but it never stays clean for long. The windows are high up, so we don't see much of the street, but we can hear the trains and the traffic. Marine Lines is a busy part of the city, and we’ve been lucky to stay in this spot for so long. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hunched over a machine or a workbench. We aren’t big on fancy titles or polished business cards. We just take the drawings people bring in and try our best to turn them into real things. Sometimes a job is tricky and takes longer than we thought, but we just keep at it until it’s finished. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the machines well. We don't do any big advertising; most people find us because a friend told them where we were.
