If you head down to Wadala West, you’ll find Acme Machinery Company (P) Ltd. tucked away in the Royal Industrial Estate. We are specifically at unit B-3 on Naigaum Cross Road. It’s one of those classic Mumbai industrial spots where space is tight but the energy is high. We’ve been working with machinery here for a long time, and the walls of our unit have seen plenty of projects come and go. The estate itself is always humming with the sound of different businesses doing their thing. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist; usually, you’ll just find one of us covered in a bit of oil or focusing on a technical drawing. Naigaum Cross Road can be a bit of a mess with all the lorries and deliveries, but that’s just part of being in this line of work. We handle the mechanical side of things with a practical mindset. There are no fancy mission statements on our walls, just tools and the parts we need to get the job done. Our staff knows the machines better than they know their own kitchens. We just keep our heads down and focus on the engineering. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far and we don't see any reason to change it now.
