Ace Water Purifiers

Ace Water Purifiers is tucked away in Lower Parel at number 222. Lower Parel has changed so much, with all the big towers coming up, but we’re still in one of the older, more practical spots. Our place is quite small, mostly taken up by filters, tubes, and testing kits. We spend our days either out on calls or here in the shop fixing units that people have brought in. It’s a necessary business because everyone wants clean water. We aren't some big brand with a call center. When you call us, you usually talk to one of the two or three people who actually do the work. It’s a bit cramped in the shop, especially when we have a lot of stock arriving. We don’t have a fancy showroom. We just show people how the purifiers work on a small bench we have in the corner. The neighborhood is always noisy, and finding a place to park our scooters can be a real challenge. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the chaos anymore. We just focus on the task at hand. We don't use any complicated sales pitches or marketing tricks. We just explain what needs to be done to get the water clean and then we do it. It’s a straightforward life. We work hard, we deal with the city’s quirks, and we try to be fair to everyone who walks through the door.
