My office is tucked away at B-36 Juhu Corner Point, which is where I, Abhijeet Bisen, have set up shop. Being in Juhu means you’re always dealing with the crowds and the traffic, but once you get inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. It is not a huge place, just a decent room where I can keep my things and meet whoever needs to see me. I’ve spent a lot of my time here lately, trying to keep up with everything. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I like the area because everything you need is just a short walk away, though finding parking is always a nightmare for anyone visiting. I usually have the radio playing low in the background while I work. It’s a small operation, just me and occasionally someone helping out with the paperwork. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It feels more like a study or a workshop than a business office. I like that people can just drop in and we can talk over whatever is on their mind without it feeling too formal. Juhu has a certain energy that keeps you going, even on the days when the heat is a bit much. I’ve thought about moving to a newer building, but I think I’d miss the familiarity of this corner. It’s where I started and it feels like the right place to be.
