Our office is tucked away in the Parvati Industr area in Lower Parel, specifically at Office No 311. It’s right there in the New Kapaswa area, which is always buzzing with trucks and workers moving things around. At Abc Interior Exterior Solutions, our space is usually overflowing with material samples. You’ll find bits of wood, tiles, and catalogs scattered across the tables. It’s a working office, not a showroom, so there’s always a bit of dust and the sound of phones ringing. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to contractors about what needs to happen on different sites. Lower Parel is a hectic place to be, but being in an industrial estate means we are close to the action. We often have to run out to check on a job or meet someone at a site, so the office is sometimes empty except for one person answering the phones. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time because someone is always coming in with a question or a delivery. The walls are covered with sketches and notes scribbled on scraps of paper. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the materials arrive where they need to go, which keeps us plenty busy from morning till night. The work never really stops.
