Abb Ltd

You can find us in Juan village, which is out in Sonipat, Haryana. It’s a very typical rural setup for an office. We’re in a building that doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s where we manage the local side of things for Abb Ltd. The roads around here are okay, but you definitely know you’re in the heart of Haryana with all the farmland nearby. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working on computers or talking on the phone. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you things. We’re just here to make sure the operations run smoothly. The tea here is strong, and we usually have it a few times a day while we discuss what needs to be done. Sometimes the buffaloes from the neighboring farms wander onto the path, which is just part of the day. We don’t use a lot of fancy language or have long meetings. We just get the tasks from the main branch and work through them one by one. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet village, and that suits us just fine. We keep things simple.
