You can find us over on Market Yard Road in Vile Parle West. It’s a lively area, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. Our office is a bit tucked away, filled with wires, handsets, and different communication parts. We’ve been working in this field for a long time, so we’ve seen technology change from the old landlines to the systems everyone uses today. We mostly spend our time helping people set up their office phones or fixing connections that have gone bad. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing lines. The desk is usually covered in tools and stripped wires. We don't have a fancy reception area; it’s more of a functional workspace where we can get things done. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the pile of repairs on the bench. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we still show up and get to it. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know the trade well. We like the neighborhood because everything you need is just a short walk away. We’ve helped a lot of the local businesses get their phones working over the years. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy and we like the challenge of finding out where a connection went wrong. We just keep things simple and focus on the task at hand each day.
