We run things from Aashiana in Yashodham, which is located in Goregaon East. It is a relatively quiet part of the city compared to the main highways. We have been working out of this location for a while now. Most of what we do involves sitting at our desks and sorting out travel details for people who want to go somewhere new. It’s a small, basic office with no grand entrance or lobby. We have our computers, some old maps on the walls, and plenty of notebooks where we jot down notes. Goregaon East is a nice area with a bit of greenery, and we enjoy being based here. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. It’s just a few of us who understand how the travel business works. Sometimes the phones are ringing all day long, and other times it is quiet enough for us to just catch up on paperwork. If you are coming to see us, Aashiana isn't hard to find once you get into the Yashodham area. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything flashy outside. It feels more like a small local office than a corporate headquarters. We prefer it that way because it lets us talk to people like regular human beings. We listen to what they need and try to help them out without using any complicated talk. It’s just a regular local business in a busy Mumbai suburb. We do our work and go home.
