Aarzoo Placements

Our office for Aarzoo Placements is way up on the 9th floor in Jogeshwari West. It is a long ride up in the lift, but the view of the city from up here is something else, even if it’s just looking at the rooftops and the traffic on the Western Express Highway. The office is usually full of people coming in for interviews or just asking about work. We have a few small rooms partitioned off for talking to candidates. It is nothing fancy—just some standard office furniture and stacks of resumes everywhere. The 9th floor stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is a relief in the summer. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the computers. It can get a bit stressful when we have a lot of positions to fill, and the wait area gets crowded. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy sign. It is just a working office where we try to match people with the right jobs. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we have to send someone down to the street, but that is just how it goes. Jogeshwari West is a busy place, and being up here gives us a little bit of space away from the noise, even if the work itself never really stops.
