Aarogyam Ayurvedic Clinics & Panchakarma

We are at Nav Sai Sadan Co-Operative Housing Society on the ground floor, shop number 25. Most people find us because we are right opposite the Ruchi Hotel on L. T Road. It is just a regular Ayurvedic clinic where we do Panchakarma treatments. The space is not very big, but we keep it tidy and quiet for the patients. We have been in this spot for some time now. People from the neighborhood come by when they feel stiff or just need the traditional oil treatments. You walk in off the street and it’s a bit cooler inside than under the sun. We have our herbs and oils set up in the back rooms. It is not fancy with bright lights or anything like that. Just some wooden tables and the smell of herbal medicines in the air. We try to keep things simple. If you are looking for the place, just look for the housing society entrance. The ground floor location makes it easy for older folks who can't do stairs well. Sometimes the traffic on L. T Road gets a bit loud, but once you are in the treatment room, it usually fades out. We spend our days mostly preparing the powders and helping people get through their sessions. There is a lot of cleaning involved with all the oils we use for the treatments. We are just local people working here every day. It's a steady routine of seeing faces from around the area.
