Our clinic operates out of two spots, one near Shivaji Park in Dadar and another over in Mulund East. It keeps us pretty busy moving between the two locations throughout the week. Dadar is always full of people and energy, especially around the park, while the Mulund side feels a little more quiet. We started this because we wanted a place where people could get Panchkarma treatments without it feeling like a cold, sterile hospital. The spaces we have are functional and simple. We have the traditional wooden beds and plenty of space for the oils and herbs. It is not perfectly decorated; the paint might be a little thin in some spots, but we focus more on the treatments than the wallpaper. We see a lot of older folks who have been coming to us for years, and now we are starting to see their children come in too. We do not spend money on big ads or billboards. We would much rather just do the work and let people tell their neighbors about us if they are happy. Managing two locations means we are often on the phone coordinating things, and Mondays can be a bit of a mess, but we have a good rhythm now. We just want to be a reliable place for folks in Mumbai to get their Ayurvedic treatments done right.
