Our shop is located in Rendi Bazar Cross Lane, which is a bit of a narrow spot in Borivali East. If you aren't looking closely, you might miss us. We’ve been here for a while now, mostly dealing with mobile phones and all the small bits that go with them. It’s a busy little lane and there’s always something going on outside our door. We spend a lot of time fixing screens or trying to figure out why a phone won’t turn on. People bring in all sorts of devices, some very old and some brand new. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to keep everything tucked away in drawers. It can get a bit hectic when three or four people are inside at once, especially since the counter takes up most of the room. We don't really do the big advertising thing. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work in the other shops on the lane. We know a lot of them by name. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of screen protector and have to wait for the next delivery. That's just how it goes. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things lively. It’s a small family-run type of place and we do the work ourselves. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just a reliable one where people can get their phones sorted without a fuss.
