A V Global Placement

Our office is located at 0.125 Sita Estate on Mahul Road in Chembur East. We are in the A Wing on the first floor. It is a bit of an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving about and the sound of distant machinery. A V Global Placement is where we spend our time looking through applications and talking to people who are looking for work. The office itself is quite plain, with just enough room for our desks and a small area for people to sit while they wait to speak with us. The floor is covered in linoleum that’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. Chembur East has its own vibe, and being in Sita Estate means we are surrounded by other small businesses and warehouses. We don't have a big HR team or a polished corporate image. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the files organized and the phone lines open. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. On hot afternoons, the fans just move the warm air around, so we usually keep the windows open despite the noise from Mahul Road. It’s a very practical place, and we focus on the daily grind of matching people with roles without any extra fuss or unnecessary layers. We just keep the records straight and do the work that needs doing.
