A J Impex Gearking Impex

Being over here at A J Impex Gearking Impex means dealing with the busy streets of Masjid Bunder every single day. We are located on the second floor of the A J Complex, which sits right across from the Bank of Baroda. You have to walk through the 8th Cross near Kodigehalli to find us, and those stairs to the second floor can be a bit of a workout if you’re doing it ten times a day. The building is older, and the hallways are often packed with boxes or people moving around. We spend a lot of our time checking over our stock and making sure the orders are lined up right. It gets really humid in this part of town, so we usually have a fan going in the corner that makes a clicking noise. The traffic down on the street is constant, mostly trucks and tempos trying to navigate the narrow lanes. Sometimes we go downstairs just to get a tea from the guy on the corner because staying cooped up in the office gets tiring. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a practical workspace where we get things done. We’ve got a lot of neighbors in the same building, so there is always some kind of noise or conversation happening in the background. It feels like a small community once you get to know the other shop owners. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever needs doing next.
