3 Star Plast

Down in Goregaon West, specifically at Narsinhjis Pole, you will find 3 Star Plast. We are tucked away in Modi Ni Khadgi G-5, which can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking closely. The space is filled with the hum of machines making various plastic items. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we don’t mind the noise much anymore. Boxes are stacked up to the ceiling in some corners, and there is always the faint scent of heated plastic in the air. My father started this, and now we just keep the machines running. We don’t have a big sales team or a fancy website. Most people just walk in or call us when they need a bulk order of containers or small parts. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s hot outside, which is nice. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting through the narrow pole, so we end up carrying things out to the main road ourselves. It’s physical work, and by the end of the day, my back usually aches a bit. We keep track of everything in a thick ledger book instead of a computer most of the time. It works for us. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for our customers who rely on us.
