Sunrise Export Palace

Our office is located at Indira Chowk, right on Prince Road. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We focus on exporting goods, which means our day is filled with a lot of coordination between suppliers and shipping agents. There are always boxes stacked up somewhere and someone is usually on the phone checking on a shipment. We don't have a fancy showroom because most of our work is about logistics and making sure things get from point A to point B across the borders. It is a lot of back-and-forth with emails and documents. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to spend the whole day trying to sort it out. That is just the nature of the export business. Prince Road is a good place to be because it is central, but the traffic can be a nightmare when we are trying to get samples delivered. We started this small and have just kept it going by being consistent. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some basic computers and a lot of notebooks to keep track of everything. It is a bit old-fashioned perhaps, but it works for us. We are just regular people working hard to make sure the products reach their destination in one piece and on time. It is a lot of paper work but someone has to do it.
