You can find us, Venus India Flatware Pvt.Ltd., near the Mini Bye Pass in Mainathair. It is a decent spot for a factory because the trucks can get in and out fairly easily, though the road can be a bit bumpy after the rain. We spend our days working with metal, specifically making spoons, forks, and knives. It is loud in the workshop with all the pressing and polishing going on, but you get used to it after a few hours. We are not some high-tech lab; it is more about hands-on work and making sure the finish on the stainless steel looks right. A lot of the guys here have been polishing flatware for years and have the calluses to prove it. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the metalwork happening nearby, but we try to keep it tidy. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just make the cutlery that people use every day without thinking about it. Sometimes we have a cup of tea outside when the shift changes, just to catch some fresh air away from the machines.
