Quality Products Of India is located right across from the Modern Public School on Delhi Road. It is a very easy landmark to find. Because of the school, the road gets very busy in the mornings and mid-afternoons when the kids are coming and going. We have a fairly simple setup here. It is basically a warehouse with some office space partitioned off at the front. We deal with all sorts of items that people need for their daily lives. The shelves are usually stacked high with boxes. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle orders as they come in. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed because of the traffic on Delhi Road, but that is just part of being in this location. We have a small staff of about eight people. We know each other well and we’ve been working together for a long time. The office chair in the corner squeaks every time someone sits in it, and the clock on the wall is five minutes fast. We never bothered to fix it. We just do our daily tasks, check the inventory, and make sure the customers get what they asked for. It is a straightforward business without any hidden layers. We stay open until six, then we lock up and head home like everyone else on this street. It is just a regular job for us all and we like it that way.
