M.S. Overseas

Our office is tucked away in Nand Colony. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, so you see kids playing and people going about their daily chores right outside our door. We’ve got a small space where we handle all the overseas stuff, mostly just boxes and shipping labels and a lot of phone calls. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a big business park. We like it this way because it’s easy-going. The morning usually starts with us checking the overnight messages and seeing what needs to be moved out. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes of the colony, so we have to go out and flag them down. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, keeping track of everything in such a small area. We have a couple of desks that are usually buried under documents and some old tea cups. Everyone knows everyone else’s business in this neighborhood, so there’s always someone popping their head in to say hello. We don’t have any big signs or anything like that. Just a simple door and a lot of activity inside. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We’ve stayed in Nand Colony because it’s convenient and feels more like a community than a cold industrial area. We just keep our heads down and handle the shipments day by day. It's a busy life but we enjoy the local atmosphere here.
