Chaman Lal Gulshan Rai Jain

Chaman Lal Gulshan Rai Jain is situated near Daswa Ghat, right by the Ram Lilla Ground and across from Paramount Exports. This location is very traditional and it gets incredibly busy during the local festivals and events. We have been operating from this spot for many years. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. It’s just a plain building where we do our business. We deal with various goods and general trading. Most of our work involves managing the inventory and talking to the people who come to see us. It’s a family-run business and we don't have any of those modern office setups. We have a simple desk where we keep our accounts and that’s about it. The area is always full of activity, with carts and laborers moving things around on the street. It can get quite dusty and loud, but that’s the nature of being near the ghat and the market area. We don't have a website or do any kind of promotion. People in the trade know where we are and what we do. We try to be honest in our dealings and keep things moving. The days are long and the work can be physically tiring, especially when there are many deliveries to handle. We just do our best to get the work done and keep the business going as it always has. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense operation.
